This page is strictly intended for individual house owners (Hosts) who wish to list their own residential property for rent or sell. Brokers, agents or third-party intermediaries are not permitted to register or upload any property listings.

 

1. No Broker Listings allowed

​

  • Any property uploaded by someone who is not verified owner of the house will be subject to immediate removal.

  • Repeated violations may lead to permanent suspension of access to the platform.

  • Legal action may be taken against fraudulent listings or impersonation.

2. Proper registration required

​

  • All house listings must be submitted with accurate and truthful information.

  • By uploading a listing, you confirm that you have the right to rent or lease the property.

  • Falsified or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

  • By registering and using this site you agree to abide by these terms.

  • Violations may result in removal of listing and loss access to the platform

3. Listing Visibility

​

  • Once a property is registered and meets all required conditions, it will be visible on our platform within 24 hours.

  • In cases where additional verification is required, visibility may be delayed until the registration is properly completed.
